FRESH, New Thinking About What We're Eating
FEATURE DOCUMENTARY FILM ABOUT SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE at the Tillotson
Center in Colebrook Saturday March 23rd Doors open at 6 pm
North Country Marketplace and Salvage is proud to announce a local community screening of FRESH, a feature documentary film by Ana Sofia Joanes that celebrates the food architects around the country who are boldly reinventing our food system with sustainable agriculture initiatives.
The evening will begin at 6:00 pm in the lobby with an hour to meet local farmers and growers, followed by the screening of the film from 7:00 pm – 8:10 pm. Afterwards, viewers are encouraged to meet back downstairs for discussion and conversation with the farmers until 9:00 pm.
**Cost of tickets, $ 5 each, will cover venue rental and movie licensing expenses. Tickets will be available at North Country Marketplace and Salvage,104 Colby Street in Colebrook, during their open hours of Tuesday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm, and Saturdays 9 am – Noon or call 603-631-1221 to reserve a seat.
